I'm head-over-heels in love. No, I'm not in love and getting married (as the images might suggest). I'm simply in love with this wedding dress by Vera Wang. It's absolutely beautiful and I would get married just to wear it!!! (ok that's a bit of an over-statement but you get the idea). Oooo how I love dresses...

Cabinet Issues

Today I had a sudden urge to clean up (shocking, I know) and to mix things around a bit in my living room. This impulse was fueled by my want of a new TV unit (or sideboard, cupboard etc). I hate the look of TV cabinets and I just want a nice cupboard that hides all the DVD's, gaming controls, and other bits that live in the cabinet. Ikea have a red cabinet that might do the job (although I think I'm getting a little tired of the red and black theme my house is sporting at the moment), but I think I'm leaning towards a teak sideboard. Thoughts? The only issue is that it can't be too high for where it is at the moment. After all this careful consideration, I still have the same TV unit and all I did was move a shelf and change the red cushion to a fur one.

I've been thinking about purchasing a new camera for a while now, however the digital SLR that I have my heart set on will cost me about 3 months worth of rent!! Looks like I'll be saving for quite a while. The good news is I've found a bargain that will be perfect for the mean time (I love you, ebay). And it takes film!! I've already downloaded the user manual and found a place that will develop the film... now I just have to try and wait patiently until it arrives in the post. I really don't know why I haven't thought about buying one of these cameras before. I loved using the old ones at school and I'm sure I'll have a lot of fun with this one! So excited!!

Isabel's Style

I often come across pictures of Isabel Lucas and admire her style. I'm not saying she always gets it right, and I'm not a huge fan of her acting, but she seems to pull off the laid-back/hippy look so well. If you stick to your own personal style and wear it with confidence then I don't think you can go wrong, although it does help if you're beautiful and have great hair!!
